Shity day so far. I get up and on the computer in the forums looking around. Then a power spike hits the house. Everything goes out for a split second of which im not concerned with everything for my system is on battery buck up with a surge protector. So i barely notice anything other then a flicker in my system. Then i notice the internet is gone. After unpluging and beating the hell out the cable modem i come to the conclusion it didn't handle the surge even with the protector. Of course i cant go to the local location for a new one because its been closed down. No sir i have to make the drive to the main branch in orlando. I get back and those mother fuckers gave me a bad modem to replace it with. I fucking hate bright house. 5 times i've had this same bs happen where they replaced my bad one with another bad one. This started at 8 this morning and i just now got back on the internet at 3 pm and thats with me doing the damn work for them.

If anyone from brighthouse reads this i hope you all choke on a gigantic cock for your inability to perform your job. Crist if i ran my business anywhere as piss poor i would have been out of business inside the first year.

And of course, had you had them come out to fix it/replace it, it would have taken weeks.

Fastest i ever got them to come to the house was a week after i made the call. Thats the reason i have sat. tv now.
