Most especially mid and high admins, so they can have powers to adjust things outside of the game like maps, variables, patches, and restarts.

Admins are hired on the fast track in the beginning, and then the admin signups are locked down, where new hires require nomination, and voting approval by the current admins.

Get em while they are hot.

Such is why we left them, long ago. It isn't hard (or at least not that hard) to run a decent site. See their typos on things like "account summEry"......retards.
