Ya know, as i think about this, it would help with sniping. With the Arma II engine, you need to zero the high end weapons such as the M107 and AS50, and also use Mil dots for other rifles. There is info in the DayZ Wiki about what rifles are zeroed at what distance and the values for the mil dots. Either way you need an accurate range to be a one shot one kill sniper. Elevation comes into play as well, but im not sure about wind. I havent seen strong winds in any of the areas that i snipe so it has not been a factor for me yet.
