#1. Why do you think you got banned?
Banned for not teamplaying or following orders

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?
I was on 207.210.254.226:16568, BF2 Ranked. deathgodusmc is banning admin

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Just looking to play the game and have fun. Will follow all server rules.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will follow all server rules hence forth. I got banned the first time I ever logged on to one of your servers within 20 minutes of that, just looking to fall in line and not be noticed.

All i need you to do is have a complete understanding that the rules will be enforced, they are subject to negotiation, and admins actions will not discussed in game. If you have issues with a rule or an admin you bring it to the forums that what they are for.
