This could be just a fluke on EA’s part, of course. Last year, we spotted a “2143″ teaser on the Wake Island map, which could hint at the next Battlefield game being Battlefield 2143 instead of Battlefield 3. Either way, we’ll have to wait and see.

This is why I swore off the Battlefield series once I learned it was being geared toward the console kiddies.

It's funny because I have more fun playing indie games and fan mods these days than AAA.
