Any reason why even though others arent laggin that im laggin? I have nothing else open, no intermnet exlporer windows or something else that makes the computer lagg. I restart the computer and network and i still get the shit lagged out of me. Any particular reason why im laggin in CoD5 and cod5 only?

maybe your hardware cant handle it at the settings your using

I know you hear this all the time but it couldbe a driver issue. I would lean towards your hardware not being able to handle the game or settings. It might also be a bad install (very unlikly if your not having any other problems)

I dont think having Two Dual core 3.0 intels is a problem. Nor is having an 8800GT 512mb card. The computer can take it all and it strugles on Flight Simulator X sometimes. The network has been restet so many times its not even funny. I dont think its a bad install cause it hasent acted this way since i installed it. It only started to happen.

Another though wouldbe are you loosing packets in game. If you are running a router can it handle the network speeds and does your service provider have any fireware updates for your modem.
