Arctics are still in the game, as far as I know.

Except they aren't. Arctic Avengers have not been added yet (or even confirmed).

So far the player models are map specific. Every T (or CT) on a certain map has the same basic theme, but there are randomly assigned variations between models in each theme. On the Nuke screenshot, the Ts are all Balkan Terrorists.
