Been a long time

Some of you know who I am.
I haven't played CS:S in a couple of years. Stopped playing when BF2142 came out. But since that game is dead I decided to try my hand at CS:S again. Of course I am rusty.
So I hop on the No AWP server and trying to get the feel back. And not more than two rounds into it. I was already being criticized and told to leave.
Not going to name names because because I didn't recognize anyone there. And I was using my steam name Worst Player Ever, so I'm use to the flak. I haven't changed my name in years because, well, I haven't had steam in years. So it still said no mic. It also didn't help that I hadn't set up my keyboard the way I use to play. Voice is K by default, I found out. By the time I changed it. I was already pissed off. So I left.

Well there's a name I haven't seen in a while. How you doin WPE? (other than peeved at some CSS peeps)

Been real busy the last couple of months. Bought a house being the biggest chunk of time. Don't have much time for games anymore since my little one is older and demanding of my time.

Congrats on the house. Anira and I just bought one as well. We'll be moving into it next weekend in fact.

Hello! I have not gotten the chance to play with you yet, but on behalf of those criticizing you, I deeply apologize. As you know TPG servers are highly competitive, and emotions really do into some of the players who play on the servers. You mentioned you were not using a mic for a while, and as most TPG regulars who expect mics from all their players, I can see the reason why some players would be bashing on your ability to play+ no mic. Please don't take it personally as that is the few of the many. If you ever get the chance to play with me or some of the other regulars, you'll see we are not all like that. I'll (as well as most TPG regulars) will be happy to walk you through the steps of getting back into the groove of the game and hopefully you'll be back in shape =). Please come back to the CS:S server again and I really hope to see you there and get a chance to play with you! It would be a shame to give up on CS:S because of trolls. Feel free to add me on steam if you get the chance!
