Thread: Congrats! Regs...and clan members

I have to say congrats to the regs and clan members!

I'm typically very vocal in game..but somewhat un-vocal in the forums but thought I would add my 2 cents.

I had to take a sabbatical due to work and some needed vacation with the lady, and have returned to an environment infused with new people wanting and willing to take the reigns on calls and attempting to force teamplay. While they don't always work and sometimes there are too many people wanting to speak it still indicative of a team play environment. God knows I call plays that don't always pan out, but hell I'll call 5 more that equal a W. I have to admit that in the past 3-4 months I was somewhat disappointed with the number of skilled players that would type "statsme" and "rank" then leave because they were 2-5 or 5-14 and concerned about the "Top" or "Top 10" results or how being killed by noobs would negatively impact them...... but it appears there has been a turn. I myself have attempted to keep track of KDR and other stats to gage my "ability" amongst the players but I've found that my most "successful" nights are when I've turned a non-reg team around and have developed a group that truly wants to sacrifice for the greater good regardless of personal KDR. This is even becoming more apparent as the new teamplayers are being infused into the ranks and I have to solute the current clans and regs that are promoting this activity. The best thing thing that can happen is a group of current TTP regs getting their ass handed to them by non-regs using teamplay. This will only ensure that the mindset that many others have worked so hard to instill is being utilized..... It's contagious my friends...it is amazing how many "cockly" SOB's that turn into good if not great teamplayers as long as a team of 5 or 12 gang up on them to use their ability for the team vs how many headshots they can get.

if you quit playing completely solely because your score is bad then its no longer a game because at that point i guess its not for fun..

but sometimes i do quit when im frustrated as hell

no lie, i think most of us do leave a game when it becomes very frustrating.

I type rank in once in a while to see where im at but i think everyone does

I think I'm the anti-scorekeeper. I stay with my team no matter what. If it even looks like I might leave because I'm doing poorly I'll stay until I lose connection (damn airplanes) or the map changes.

i type session, statsme, rank and top so i can see if my skill level is , i usually dont care if im doing bad and i team play i just want to know my skill level compared to others

Hate to say it but you must have come on a good day, i still see some regs and clan members team stacking and not following the call. You may know this already but i might not have on of the best reps, that is because i bit.. about people not following the call or doing anything against team play. I till this day have not had to stop. But i am glad for the days when the teamplay is on a high and everyone does their job.
