Go to your games list on steam. Right click Counter Strike: Source ----> Properties ----> Local Files
----> Verify intergraty of game cache.
Should be good to go. Lemme know if that works or doesn't

arg, thanks for the response bigag but it is still not working ? i've restarted steam 3 times and did that thing.

I had to restart steam again after doing the cache thing
