Thread: Can't load ProMod, problems

I see the splash screen and then get an engine error or some kind, and it closes. I right click and there is nowhere to validate local files or anything.

I'd like to just reinstall it but I can't find an option to uninstall. What's the best way to uninstall a mod? Just go in and delete the root folder? How do I get it out so I can reinstall it?

I would right click it in steam games and say delete local content.. and hope that gets it all. maybe Dig in your source and steam program files and look under sourcemods and delete anything there..

To uninstall it, go into your sourcemods folder and delete the entire Cspromod folder. Then restart steam. Now it should be gone.

I got it working, I had to disable the steam community while in-game. Annoying, but functional.

I logged in and played about 3 minutes of cbble before I realized it's still CS and ~quit.
