Thread: BIGTEX once again

Alrighty then!! Danny (Filetrekker) at YHT has thrown down the gauntlet and challenged us to a game of UT2004 at a time and date and place as yet to be specified. Right now I need a list of people who are willing to play and some info on how good (you think) you are so we can put a team LM together to pwn those freaks.

This will be a six-a-side game but it'd be great to have many more players so we have spares in case anyone pulls out at the last minute. If we can get a dozen that will be fantastic as it means we can choose the best from a series of qualifiers.

State your interest in this thread and join Team LM. We'll probably need to get some practice in soon.

as i am not that good.......put me on the back list, let the better players go first.

I have the game, and I think I'm decent, but not a true competition quality.

I kick serious UT2004 ass! However I do not own the game.

I was a force to be rekkoned with when the demo came out. But my reign of terror ended the moment the full game was released. Just thought I'd share that tidbit with you'all.

Yea. The game's pretty cheap now, and well worth it imo.

Have it, and as I have so often stated on these boards, I'm a diehard fan and player. I'll join in, though I must warn you it takes for-fucking-ever for the game to load on my laptop (the only PC in my home which can has an internet connection).

If anything I would recommend UT 2003, which is smaller and playes better online. But, UT 2004 just kicks so much ass, the wait is worth it I guess.
