The Open beta is this weekend. Uplay servers seem to be a little gltichy, but I just kept clicking try again on everything and eventually it worked. Got in a played a match of dominion. It's kind of like Conquest on Battlefield. 3 points to contest, holding points and getting kills earns your team points, for team to a thousand breaks the enemy team. If you kill all the enemy players while they're broken, you win. Enemy team can rally by capturing a point. 9 playable heroes, and unlocking all of them is a breeze in the beta (Just complete both practice modes and you earn enough to unlock them all.)

So, I feel as if this game needs some major balance changes before it can be good. Certain classes are just so overtuned that it's hard to fight against them (All the Samurai classes). As well, I've encountered a problem where countering a guard break seems next to impossible when using mouse and keyboard, but when using a controller it seems a lot easier. I'm basing this opinion on how I was able to complete the advance training no issues with the controller, but can't even do a single counter when using mouse and keyboard. The individual modes are enjoyable, but probably will become boring after the first season if there isn't additional content added.
The only good thing I can really say about it so far is that I'm able to play it at max graphics settings and get a smooth 60 FPS no problems, and that's including on Dominion, where there can be upwards of 50+ AI soldiers plus 8 players.
