CS:S RTV screen

The RTV on CS:S frequently gets to the state where everyone's RTV'd, 3 people nominate a map, the vote occurs and says "this map won, changing to it in 10 seconds" and then never changes to the map. At that point, when an admin is able to put up another vote, it has 3 random choices instead of choices the users wanted. Users cannot RTV again after the first RTV fails to do anything. I'm not sure if the map will ever change after that...

I didn't see a thread reporting the problem of RTV not actually changing the map. If you want more information please let me know and I'll see if I have it or capture it next time it happens.

I've heard rtv not working correctly in TF2 land as well, I'm still looking into it. I'm not sure why it broke yet

The map change progress list thing has also not been showing up when people are picking rtv or regular map change choices.. Please look into this as well. 8)
