Thread: Accusations of Cheating

Hey everyone, I play on the DOD server all the time...love it. But lately Im unable to just mind my own business and play because Jello continues to accuse me of cheating. That really isnt the problem though Ive learned to ignore lil kids in my days of online play. The problem is he is annoying as hell is very rude and bogs down the chat window so you cant play. Not to mention just blocking youre way so you cant shoot and generally just acting immature. Now I love to play and I generally just mind my own businees. Im not sure if you guys care about complaints, or if you are interested in making youre server better, but Jello needs to be told to act like a teamplayer and not like a child. And as far as me cheating, my stats arent that amazing and Im pretty sure hes the only one that knows how to play that honestly thinks Im cheating, but if ANYONE thinks im cheating you can definately spec me or whatever you do to tell because Ive played online games for a long time and there is nothing worse than a cheater. I dont cheat, never would cheat, and never thought of cheating. There is absolutely no reason to play if its not going to test youre true skill. Anyway Im sure none of this really matters but if youre interested in improving youre server I would try and make sure the atmosphere is welcoming to players. I always try to play as a team player, as most of you can attest, and Im really here just to meet some cool people to play with. On a whole I have no problem with Jello I just think he needs someone in charge here to help him act his age.

Act my age? I'm 2 years past 12, there, of course I'm going to immature... And I hope you know I was purpously antagonizing you just so you would do worse, there. Did I really make you go out of your way to register for this one specific reason? Wow, I'm pretty damn irritating. I was kidding about the cheating part, I know for a fact ya were just getting a high score from camping. I act like that for a reason, I'm retarted at night, it's just how I am, so yeah. I love you. And hey, I guess I'm fucking up the server... Guys, don't let me get on anymore, FUCK JELLO he's ruining it all for everyone... Hell man, how do you make accusations like this after one fucking day of playing with me.

We certainly care about the playstyle of the server. I appreciate your thoughts Dragon.

However, if you got into it with Jello, you really should consider relaxing. He's a pretty easygoing dude, and to me you must have been a real jackass to set this off.

Jello has been around for a while. I have no problems with him at all. I can understand your frustration, However, your psycostats ARE VERY SUSPECT. Either that or you arent a teamplayer. 2 highly punishable acts on this server. I would suggest putting a smile on your face, and having a good time on the server.

I was on the server last night and witnessed what was said, by BOTH of you. It takes two to tango Dragon. The ironic thing is that you were both on axis. Your little tiff drew in other players and in the chaos cost several losses for your team. I wouldn't exactly call that teamplay on your part. At anytime you could have stopped replying to his comments. You could have joined the allies, it wouldn't have upset the balance of the game.

I notice you are pretty much play on the axis side exclusively and your only skilled with the K98 scoped. While you may be good with the K98 Scoped, I don't consider that you are a very rounded an skilled player.

You said you just try to mind your own business. I'm pretty sure that in a teamplay environment I wouldn't want someone on my team that is just minding their own business. I would want to know that they had my back by:
1. Communicating to the team about enemy locations and movements.
2. Coordinating and participating in offensive and defensive strategies.
3. Be skilled in various classes to support the teams objectives.
4. Be skilled on bothe AXIS and ALLIES.

So far your time on this server has been about you and your stats and you don't communicate with your team reliably. I'm not sure what you consider to be a teamplayer but so far in your time here I haven't witnessed anything from you other that a one-gun wonder that are a dime a dozen.

I would suggest that instead of pointing the finger at others you might take a moment and consider if you truely are a teamplayer. The regular players here at TTP have a higher standard of TEAMPLAY than most other severs. We welcome players that have the same vision of the atmosphere we are trying to create. There are plenty of other servers out there if you don't like the way we play and expect others to play. There are thousands of other players out there that DO like the way we play. So we wouldn't be at any loss if you decide not to play here.

i hate it how people like this get ganged up by the TTP guys when they come to the forums even when jello here is the one at fault, he even admits it. dome seriously relax, you're the one attacking him now cause hes skilled with scoped k98? he might not communicate, he might not get flags, but hes certainly buying his team some time by sniping the incoming opposition. its a very indirect teamplay but its there.

I agree with Snuggans for the most part...Dragon is new to the forums, and yes he seems to be a one-sided player. That's not the issue right now. The subject is "Accused of Cheating".

Dragon, there are almost always admins present, and if someone seriously thought you were cheating, you would be posting in the "Banned" forum, not here.
Welcome to the server, and don't mind Jello, he's like a knat swarming around a dog's pecker. He's just Jello, and we all love him for it.

Now, if you are going to continue to play here, we are big into playing as a team, and those who fall into that get better treatment. I haven't played with you much, but if you aren't, you may use your mic more and commicate with your team. I was also present last night during all the mouthing, and you were giving it back to Jello as much as he was dishing it out, so again, don't mind Jello.

They're right. If he had played about 1 more day with me after that one he would've known that I'm just a... retard. *Sigh* I cause trouble wherever I go don'it I? :|

This is the only thing that pisses me off, uncalled for. Do I have to bust out some screenshots from last night to show who was being a teamplayer? I get prepared for things like this.
