Battleground Europe: WWII Online
I started playing this with a 14-day free trial. Does anyone else play this?

hmmm, not yet, but I may give the trial a shot. A WWII MMORPG? Sounds intriguing

Not exactly a traditional MMORPG.

But it is a realism simulator akin to ArmA but in WWII... although I believe it has more realism calculations in it than ArmA.
I've seen it mentioned on these forums before, so I know people here have heard about it. I was just wondering if anyone here actually plays it.

Ok cool. It sounds like a blast. It isn't a pay monthly to play type of deal is it?

Re: Battleground Europe: WWII Online
EXACTLY. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER play a game that requires me to pay monthly to play it....especially if they want credit card info for a trial. Too many other games I can play for free. :3

I tried it in the past. I was not a fan.

Re: Battleground Europe: WWII Online
Fairly recently, the credit card requirement for the 14-day trial was removed. In addition, you can now play for free past 14 days, but only as a Rifleman.
I still play this game, so if anyone wants to try it out, xfire me! I still wanna play with TPGers someday.
edit: Also... I actually applied to be a part of the Allied High Command awhile ago, but the training process was too intense for me. It was full of readings, tests, training sessions and essays.Last edited by Blah64; 04-30-11 at 02:45 PM.
