    So the scam continues.

I got TWO letters in the mail today from a debt collection agency, for the very bill that I payed months ago. I called my attorney, we called up 1and1 billing, low and behold they MADE YET ANOTHER BILLING ERROR (this is error #4 for 1and1's billing department alone, if you are counting), they updated my billing information, but never billed me.

It was only after we talked to the 'supervisor' and notified him that I would be filling a lawsuit against 1and1 for defamation of character (among other things), did they finally admit they had made yet ANOTHER 'ERROR', and claimed they'd "reverse the request from the debt collection agency". Yah right, well see.

Punks, and yes, i called the debt collection agency, notified them of the situation, so they placed a dispute on the claim, should 1and1 fail yet again to put this matter to rest.

Holy fuck, bunch of scam artists with no shame about it.

And still a B rating from the Better Business Bureau! I wonder what it takes to get a bad grade?

Bunni, there's another place for you to vent!

It is easy to clear your credit. Do it through the free credit report at annual credit report. com <--- Truly is free.

You can disputed anything and everything on your reports (All 3) just by clicking on the dispute button for each item and then type a brief explanation as to why it is incorrect. The company that reported it then has 30 days to respond, if they don't it comes off. If they do and you have all the proof then the credit reporting agency will review it and make a decision about the matter.

I cleaned my reports before I bought my house.
