PR misconduct on the battlefield by AONO clan members!
Ever since I started playing Project Reality I have found that the Texas Team Players has been on my top pick for servers to play on. That is until this evening. The map was Barracuda and towards the latter part of the round a enemy squad setup a Rally point on the carrier and maintained a strong suppression on preventing any of our pilots from taking off to render assistance to ground troops.
I read your PR rules and understand your stance on the concern of "Spawn camping," But my biggest gripe is over the conduct on the battlefield between AONO members. This evening in particular was noted due to the several request made by AONO mariospeedwagon (forgive if name is slaughtered), to have 2 supply crates dropped on the carrier by the helos with the noted comment "we want to test something."
You see Mario was on the US side and was requesting these crates at the time the AONO squad members from the Chinese side were camped out on the carrier. Had we followed through with the request then perhaps the enemy would have been able to build something, but that is beside the point. The fact that a member on the U.S. side was working with the Chinese to help them know when to get on the carrier and attempt to assist them in victory is a huge concern for me! I would like to make clear that I have no objection to getting bested in a round where strategy played a valued role in the win. But I do not like it when members from a clan on opposite sides work together to sabotage another team. There are other times I could note, but I am not going to waste your time or my time any further on the matter at hand. I simply ask that it be read, acknowledged, and discipline be maintained. AONO can justify their actions till they are blue in the face, but it does not change the fact that they conducted espionage for the goal of sabotaging the U.S. side!
Take this post as you will, but I ask that if a clan is going to be given admin rights then they need to uphold themselves to a higher standard! Thank you for reading my concerns and I hope that this will not happen again.
**NOTE**
I understand this is just a game, but as such lets keep it fun!

Re: PR misconduct on the battlefield by AONO clan members!
There were 50 tickets left in the game, we were getting tired of sitting on the beach so we decided to go for a swim to your carrier. Asking Mario to drop boxes was half joking, and he refused to do it anyway. He was not working with us at all.

Also why is this in admin abuse? No one was kicked/warned/anything.

Yeah, I joined the server when it was pretty much over and they were already on your ship. They wanted to see if it was possible to build an FOB on carrier. I didn't force anyone to drop the crates so I fail to see how this is admin abuse. This is something we can test later when the server is less populated but we figured the round was all but over *shrugs*

Re: PR misconduct on the battlefield by AONO clan members!
I understand that this post was placed under the admin abuse section of the forums. If you read the topic you will see that my focus was never on admin abuse, but of misconduct on the battlefield. Regretfully this player happened to be a member of a clan with administrator privilege's which resulted in the spotlight being larger than normal. Hence the choice to post it in the admin abuse topic.
In response to Mario's post on the comment of thinking the round was all but over was not a fair statement as anyone who plays BF2 and its MODs knows that the battle is never over until the tickets run dry. Had the Chinese not been on the carrier then I have the utmost confidence that the U.S. could have won that battle. At the end of this game I was frustrated because of a good move on the Chinese side. I admit this, and I was wanting to voice my concern on the camping issue until I took the time to read your rules for PR. So my anger was turned into admiration for a strategic move that helped their team win that round.
You have to understand that when a team is losing the frustration builds and it doesn't help when you get capped right after spawning. It also does not help when you hear a request from your own team to drop supplies to the enemy that is doing this to you. The icing on the cake is when your team is getting raped at the spawn, you have a member of your team requesting supplies for the enemy, and the person requesting the supplies along with the enemy that are doing the rape are all on the same clan. I hope you can see why this is such a frustrating issue.
If a clan is going to be given admin rights then they need to uphold themselves to a higher standard!
Even if this was just an attempt to try something new!
Understand that I am not looking for anyone to be punished or to have their admin rights revoked, I simply ask that if you want try new things that would constitute misconduct on the battlefield under normal play regardless of if it is a joke or for fun, then place the server into a training mode so that players who come for a normal round can get what they seek without facing a situation like this.
**NOTE**
I understand this is just a game, but as such lets keep it fun and not get unwanted attention for something that was meant to be an innocent/ fun experiment!

Slayerz I'm going to address this with the clan involved. I appreciate you bringing it up. You bring up some excellent points in your last post and something that everyone that plays PR needs to heed.
Please stick around on the server and the forums. From the reading of your posts you sound like someone we need around here. Even admin material. I'm gonna lock this up, but do stick around. See you on the server.

Re: PR misconduct on the battlefield by AONO clan members!
Only part of this statement is true. Yes our admin will be and are held to a higher standard. Admin rights are not given to a clan. The clan is secondary here at TTP. We choose admin by who they are and not by clan. We actually limit the number of admin that can be appart of each individual clan. So admin powers are not given to clans they are given to individuals.

Re: PR misconduct on the battlefield by AONO clan members!
If someone wants to try something or test something, we have a Match/Practice server for that.
This conduct is unacceptable and unbecoming of Admin behavior.
We are discussing the behavior that was presented and the consequences it will bring.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Punishment has been doled out for their actions.
Thanks for bringing to our attention.
Resolved.
