Thread: No reserve slot?

Ok so i'm trying to join a full server right now, and it lets me in, but then 10 seconds later it kicks me for reserve slot. Why? I have a reserve slot, did it expire? Do i need to do something? Why isn't it working? Thanks.

Update: I just went over to the empty server and got kicked too due to a reserve slot? What the shit? The server is empty. Why am I getting kicked.

And when I do connect to each server, it says in the top left of the screen: "This server is offering to connect you to (other non full server's ip), press F3 to accept. Hello? What is going on? Why can't I play?

per paypal, your subscription was cancelled (likely by us) on 7/8/10. Recall, we had a lot of stuff going on in transferring the reserve slot system from TTP to TPG, which required us to update the billing email for slots (to @teamplayergaming). All you need to do is sign up again, no request needed.
