Thread: Can't pay for reserved slot

I was just approved for a reserved slot for CSS, but the only option in the reservist drop down menu is "READ ME FIRST!". Am I lacking permissions, or do I have to go somewhere else to purchase my slot?

I tried handling this through private messages, but they did not show up as sent after I sent them, so I don't believe they went through.
