The stats may be fake... i.e. the "Valve Rocket Launcher" might just be a regular RL.

But several people have reported see it in a server being carried by the same guy, and it is possible to examine the backpacks of others, if I understand the tf2items.com site correctly (I can't view it right now).

I would like to spec the guy using the rocket launcher with supposedly improved stats... would be easy to see if he really could load 6 rockets at once. Again I ask, do we ban the uber rocket (or whatever) user if he comes here?
