Apparently valve ninja'ed it in with the last update, but I don't think you can find it, they just added the code for the weapon and the model. Doesn't surprise me tho, I remember when they first introduced the drop system and everyone was throwing around rumors that tf2 was going to become a mmorpg, they added 5 files called like "greep_1" "exp" "level_up" ect. just to screw with people.
